Members are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on their ct999 account is accurate and current. Any change in relevant personal circumstances — including name, address, or contact details — must be communicated to ct999 via the support channel at the earliest opportunity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ct999 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. ct999 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security will not give rise to any liability on the part of ct999.
In the event that you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your ct999 account, you must notify ct999 immediately via the contact details set out in Section 15. ct999 will take reasonable steps to suspend the account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses arising prior to such notification.
ct999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. ct999 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment method availability at any time without prior notice.
All transactions on ct999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment is initiated in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction processing, and ct999 accepts no liability for any currency conversion losses.
The minimum deposit amount on ct999 is Rs 200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. High-value withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced KYC verification before processing.
Withdrawals from your ct999 Real Money Balance are available at any time subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified; your withdrawal method must match a previously used deposit method or an approved alternative; any active wagering requirement on bonus funds must be satisfied or the bonus funds forfeited before withdrawal of associated real money funds is permitted. ct999 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any wager at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised particularly in cases of suspected advantage play, arbitrage betting, or where ct999 determines that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms or the applicable game rules.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or software error that results in erroneous odds, payouts, or game outcomes, ct999 reserves the right to void all affected transactions and recalculate results using corrected parameters. Members have no entitlement to winnings arising from an identifiable error or malfunction.
The ct999 sportsbook offers both fixed-odds and pari-mutuel betting on selected markets. The applicable format will be clearly displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed.
Bonuses and promotions offered by ct999 are subject to the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, a Member may claim each ct999 promotion once. Promotions are available to members with verified accounts in good standing who are 21 years of age or older.
All bonus credits awarded by ct999 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are specified in the promotion-specific terms accessible on the Promotions page.
ct999 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; creation of multiple accounts to claim single-player promotions; collusion between Members to exploit bonus structures; and use of automated betting software in connection with bonus play. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, bonus balances voided, and any associated winnings forfeited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct999 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the ct999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, textual content, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of ct999 Gaming Operations Ltd. or is licensed to ct999 by third-party content providers. No Member acquires any intellectual property rights in or to any ct999 content by virtue of their membership or use of the platform.
Members are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any ct999 content without the express prior written consent of ct999. Breach of this provision may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.
ct999 collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a ct999 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing activities described therein.
ct999 may share Member data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers (including KYC verification providers and payment processors) where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory obligation. ct999 will not sell personal data to unrelated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
The following limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
ct999 shall not be liable to any Member or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the ct999 platform, even if ct999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ct999's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, the ct999 platform, and all associated services shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Member into their ct999 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ct999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability, and ct999 accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.
Gambling involves risk and is not a reliable source of income. ct999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Members maintain control of their gambling activity. ct999 applies strict age verification measures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time during a Member's relationship with the platform. Where there is any reasonable doubt as to a Member's age, access to real-money features may be suspended pending satisfactory verification. ct999 will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to open or maintain an account.

ct999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where ct999 reasonably believes that: the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; the Member has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; the Member's account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory investigation; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Members.
Upon termination of a Member account for cause, ct999 may void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and freeze the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the Member and no legal hold applies, ct999 will return the verified real-money balance via the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable time.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting ct999 support. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and the resulting balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct999 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and ct999 arising from these Terms or the use of the ct999 platform, the Member should first contact ct999 support at the contact details set out in Section 15 to seek an informal resolution. ct999 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution process available through ct999's licencing authority.
These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
ct999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting Member rights or payout procedures — ct999 will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to the Member's account before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the ct999 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 12.3 above.
The version number and effective date displayed in the header of this document indicate the currently operative version of the Terms. Previous versions are available upon written request to ct999 support.
